Eml export fails

Ever since I updated to the latest version 10.4.4209, I have been unable to export mails as EML files. Once I select EML as output option, the program immediatey freezes. I have to kill the program via Task Manager. I have tried to repair the program and have recently reinstalled the program altogether. Who can help?

I have just tested Export as eml on two different with Win 11 pro 25H2 and eMC v10.4.4209

  • both worked correctly - maybe there is an OS issue.
    I am sorry I can not help more and suggest you raise a support ticket.

Thanks for testing. Last night I ended up completely re-installing the program (again), and now it seems to work again. Have a Happy New Year!

Yesterday I decided to do a complete reinstall for the umpteenth time in the past month. I used Macrium Reflect and manually deleted the folder containing the database. Everything went fine…until I tried the EML export function.

As in the past, just selecting the option crashes my system. I do not even get to the point where I select what I want to export. This also happens frequently when I try to export my settings. As soon as the operation completes, the system hangs. The file is created however.

I do not have a third-party antivirus program running. What else is there left for me to do?

Again have you checked this?

Finally perhaps your system is not able to perform as you would wish.
