Occasionally eMClient will not open and I have to reboot for it to open. The little circle comes on when I click on the icon, but immediately goes away, then nothing happens.
What system and version are you using?
Could it be that em Client opens hidden to the tray (if you use windows?)
Have you tried looking (and killing) for active processes belonging to em Client before you restart the software? Might be easier instead of rebooting. Of course this is not a fix, but it might be a quick workaround.

I didn’t check the System Tray. I’ll do it next time it happens. There are no active processes when this happens. Thanks.
