emclient takes 15 secs. for a new mail

…as said n title.the new mail window appears after 15 secs.
i am  using win xp.

Well, your biggest problem is that XP is no longer supported.  This is due to the way the OS contacts the licensing server for authentication.  See this post for more detail:

…yepp xp is really somewhat outdated…but i did not recive your discribed error, just a veryyyy long time to assemble a new email. is there any way to fix this??
