After installing last version EmClient on clean W10 and configuring IMAP connection to my account at seznam.cz, it synchronizes only some of new arrived emails. Why? Can someone find a solution? Thank you.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could we ask if you’ve allowed the IMAP protocol in your account settings on the server? Do you get an error message of some kind? If that is the case, could you please enclose a screenshot of the error, open the third tab in the same window as the error titled ‘Log’ and copy its content here? (For fast copying, pressing Ctrl+A will select everything).
