Upgraded to client pro version 8 last week and I cannot see my gmail message content, only the subject line downloads. I have tried with both of my gmail accounts and followed suggestions on the forum without success. What to do?
can you upload an image of exactly what your message pane (preview pane) looks like? Are you talking about the message after double clicking on the individual message, or the preview pane?
What happens if you reply to the message? Can you see it then?
Have you tried switching the different view / layouts like the preview pane below or on the right ?
