Emclient not working at all

I had to reset my computer and reestablish all my apps including Emclient.
It is showing up, I am connected to internet but it doesn’t download any mail other than the one initial "welcome to emclient) (and i installed my license key)

Might possibly be due to incorrect mail settings.

Do you have any recent eM Client backup.zip files saved (prior to resetting your computer) ?

If you have been making regular eM Client backups either automatically or manually, they would normally be located by default in your “Documents / eM Client” folder which you could then copy those back to the same folder from your backup drive and then restore the backup via “Menu / File / Restore” and then close eM Client and reopen and see if that then works.

However if you haven’t been making eM Client backups or restoring a backup made no difference, then go to “Menu / Accounts” and click on your account on the left, and then update “what your incoming mail server settings are” via the tabs along the top eg: Server address, port and security policy. Also update which mail server you are with. We can then see if there is any obvious errors.

Also if you have installed any optionally installed programs such as Firewalls / Security programs or optionally installed Antivirus programs or VPNs other than what comes default with the OS, then try completely disabling those to test incase of any interference with the mail client.
