My EMClient for Windows version 9.2.2258 (7080479) is not sending or receiving to either of my gmail accounts. This happened yesterday then cleared up and now again today. My iPad using Apple mail works to these accounts just fine. I have an Outlook account that works just fine with EMclient. Whats up with this?
Sometimes intermittent sending and receiving can be related to background programs running. Eg: Optionally installed programs such as Firewall / Security Programs, or Antivirus programs or VPN’s can sometimes interfere.
So if you have anything like that optionally installed “other than what’s comes default with the OS”, then try completely disabling those to test.
Now if you don’t have anything like that installed, or if you did but made no difference disabling them, then “click the dropdown arrow on the right of Refresh” at the top left of eM Client and click “Show Operations”.
Then click the “Log tab” and look for any obvious errors and paste them in this thread. We might then be able to see what’s wrong.
