eMClient license problem

I have been notified my license has expired. I purchased a 1-year license on July 24, 2022 and paid with credit card. Have documentation. How do I go about correcting this problem and get my email account functional again? I’ve tried to communicate a couple of times unsuccessfuly. My email program is locked for “expired license.” Please help me correct this problem!

I see you have not yet activated your license.

Please go to Menu > Help > License and click on Activate, then paste in your Pro license key.
