Please close eM Client and open Windows Explorer.

Go to C:\Users\Yishay\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\feec68aa-39a4-4af5-8564-7d5842b2b8d2\29e26774-4992-42d3-b497-f84be4c99ed5
You may have to enable hidden items in Explorer to get there.
Delete any indexed_attachment_.dat files.

Restart eM Client
