Emclient don’t sync email from an exchange server if they exceeds approx 20Mb.
No error or any other advise…simply EMclient don’t sync them.
But I can see them using outlook.
No problem, instead, on outgoing mails.
I believe this is a Kerio server issue.
If you have a Pro license please open a support ticket with us and we can look at some logs to see where the issue is.

I haven’t a pro license: before to buy 10 licenses, I was try to understand if I really can trust emclient, due to this problem of the unshow emails.
Actually, I’ve to use outlook too, to check if there are some mails I don’t see in emclient.
