I can see “MORE” emails on my smartphone than in the Mac client.
What can I do to solve this?
My version is the latest, no updates shown.

I am working on a complete new Windows machine with newly installed eM client (database from old computer) and have the same issue. Even more, it is not new. It happens over and over again over the years.
