What version of eMC are you running?
Do you have the Free or Pro version?
What OS is your computer running?
Who is your ISP?
Do you use IMAP or POP?

Patricia, I assume because you said that you regret buying eM Client, that you have a Pro License.
If so, please take advantage of your VIP Support option and open a support ticket with eM Client. They will able to assist you further.
