Hi. I would like to use eMClient with my existing Office365 account but I’m having no joy. I tried the automatic setup but that doesn’t work, and I’ve tried various combinations of settings but to no avail. Does anyone have this working and if so could you please help? Thank you.
Hi Marcus, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?
Are you seeing any errors while trying to setup the account? Are you using any firewall, proxy or any other security software on your computer?
Did you try to setup the account using the manual Exchange setup? To do, so instead of using the automatic setup, please switch to the Mail tab below and select “Exchange”, proceed with the steps and try to setup the account.
