The client won’t come back up after having it closed. As a result I need to log off en on again, have do the checks before i can use it again. Anybody aware of a pending patch or workaround?
Hi Rob, what version of eM Client are you currently using? Are you seeing any errors from the application?
When the application won’t initialize, can you please check your Task Manager if MailClient.exe process isn’t running?
If you can see the process running, can you please download this utility: http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe and run the tool.
It will generate a stack dump file, can you please send me the file to [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic?
