Seems like emails are only available for a about a week or 250 messages. I need to refer to emails from months ago. Do I need to change a setting? Thanks for any help.

eM Client does not limit the accessibility of your messages in any way.
Have all messages been synchronized from your server?
What mail account do you experience this issue with?

The email account is Comcast. I download the emails via the Reresh button so I am not sure what you mean by synchronize.
Just checked setting. It is set to synch at start up and every 10 minutes
DO I need to change Comcast settings?
