Emails received twice

My eM Client often downloads emails twice a few minutes apart. Why is this? In the end they are only shown in “All Mail” once. This only applies to some emails in a batch not all.

I am wondering how you know it is downloading the same message more than once? That might help to discover what the issue is.

After reading the message I archive it from my in-box then it re-appears some time later.

I think this is a bug with Gmail accounts in eM Client, but as I don’t use eM Client with Gmail, I can’t say for sure.

What is supposed to happen is that when you archive the message, it is removed from the Inbox but remains in the All Mail folder.

Thanks. It doesn’t happen with all mail that arrives be any means.
