emails not downloading

I 've been using eM Client for just a couple of weeks on Windows 7 on PC. Today it stopped downloading all my emails from Charter.net. When I closed the program it wouldn’t re-open until I rebooted the computer. It opened, but it only downloaded 3 of over 100 new emails that are on Charter.net.

Can you please clarify how your account is configured IMAP or POP?
If it is IMAP account you can always remove and add it again.
Please check whether eM Client is running in task manager when you trying to relaunch it, you can send us logs from Menu>Tools>Operations>Log by copying with Ctrl+A and paste to notepad then send the file to cooper@emclient.com
