Emails left in Outbox

Hi,

Everytime I close eM Client I get the message that there are one or more emails in the Outbox.
I setup two accounts to test, one Gmail ( IMAP ) and one POP 3.
In the Gmail account I don’t see any Outbox but all maps are empty and also the POP 3 Outbox is empty.

Where are they ?

Hi, do you have local folders or smart folders enabled? If you have smart folders enabled and visible in the left pane, right click the smart folders area and select Display > Outbox.

Your global outbox should be visible, open the smart folder and check if there are any messages left to be sent, delete them from the inbox and check if the issue persists.

This can sometimes occur when a message is too large and is thus not accepted by the server.

I think I hided the smart folders, but … how can I get them back again ?

To enable smart folders navigate to Tools > Settings > General, and enable Smart folders, by checking the checkbox.
