After a crash of my computer I had to reset it totally. But before resetting, I could store all the files of eM Client. Which is the file that contains the mails that have been transferred to the local folders?
By default eM Client stores it’s database in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. Usually when you reset Windows, this folder will be in C:\Windows.old\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. If it is, close eM Client and then copy it back to the original location. You may have to enable hidden items in Explorer to get there.
Going forward, if you ever need to reset Windows again, first make a backup of eM Client using Menu > File > Backup. Then after the reset, just do Menu > File > Restore.

There was not a Folder C:/windows.old, but I could save all the Content of C:/Users/… before resetting the Computer, so I had all files that I needed.
