I am using EM client with my telstra email only. When I send emails from my ipad they are not appearing in my sent items folder in EM Client. Any advice gratefully received. Thank you
is your email account set up as IMAP or POP?
If you go to Tools>Settings>Mail>Send, do you have the option to ‘Save copy of sent messages in “Sent” folder’ checked?
Hi Olivia, maybe I didn’t explain it correctly. I use EM client on my Computer and it can’t see Emails I send from my iPad .
then please tell me with which protocol do you have your account set up in both eM client and iPad.
If your iPad is set up as POP, then it cannot synchronize the sent messages to the server and eM Client won’t be able to see them.
