Since emclient installed version 10.0.3351, emails received from a person in my
contacts goes directly into junk mail folder. I went through each email one by one
to have it moved to my inbox and remove from blacklisted email addresses.(they were never blacklisted to begin with).
After moving 40 to 50 emails one by one, both recent and older emails, from the junk mail folder to my inbox, two days later I open emclient and all 40 to 50 emails are back in the junk mail folder. I did not have this problem before emclient upgraded to Version 10.0.3351. Can this be fixed or is there a way to go back to the previous version?

I did upgrade to newest version but problem was not fixed.
Either your email provider’s server, or the eM Client Blacklist is moving the messages to Junk/spam.
Normally, it is your server, so you will need to login to their webmail interface, select the message in spam, and mark it as not spam. Some providers have an option to whitelist senders so check on that also. Thereafter the server should always leave messages from that sender in the Inbox.
But it can also be caused by eM Client moving the messages if you have previously blacklisted the sender or their domain. If that is the case, go to Menu > Settings > Mail > Blacklist > Manage Blacklist. See if the sender’s address or domain is in the list and remove it.
Thank you Gary. Much to my own surprise I had actually looked at the server shortly before seeing your answer, and that was indeed the problem.
I appreciate your contribution to the problem because I don’t usually come up with the answers on my own like that.
I have seen various answers from you on this topic and none of the solutions have worked for me. My server is through xfinity. The emails going to junk strangely enough are only those from my wordle group, all of which seem to be gmail accounts. These are not new and are daily. No problems when using my previous clent, Thunderbird. Going directly to xfinity mail none of these are in junk. On em client I have moved them daily to my inbox and unblocked them but still they go to junk. Any thoughts?
