Emails disappearing after 7 days

Hi,

I am running version 7.0.26482.0 and after a week the email disappear.  I am using IMAP, can you please tell me how to fix this?

do you have Automatic Archiving enabled in eM Client? Or any other rule set up on your Server that could cause this?

I’ve checked the automatic archiving and it is not set up.I even check all the account set up as well. I couldn’t find anything. It seems that it started to happen when I installed the new version.

are you sure you are using IMAP then? eM Client can’t delete any messages on its own without you setting it up.
Do you perhaps have this account set up as POP on any other device?
