I was switching from my old pc to a new one and when I went to the old one to export them I only had the new ones. can you help?

¿Do have an eMC Backup on your old PC?
If you have a Backup copy this to your new PC, then
On you new PC run: Menu ->File ->Restore and point to the Backup file you
copied from your old PC.
This will transfer any emails you have on your old PC to the new PC.
