As a Pro License user, it might be better for you to take advantage of your VIP Support option and open a support ticket directly with eM Client.
To do that, in eM Client, click on Menu > Help > Get Support. Your browser will open to the Support page. If they can’t assist you by email, they can also initiate a remote connection to your computer using TeamViewer and help you out that way.
