Emailing Web Pages

I tried emailing a news article from MSN’s web site and when I clicked the icon to do so, hundreds of windows opened up and I got an error message that said that eM was not installed correctly. What is the solution to this fix and if I have to reinstall it, will I lose all my contacts?

Can you please post here a screenshot of the error message?

I don’t know how to do that.

When the error message appears, press “PrintScreen” key on your keyboard, open Microsoft Paint. To open Paint, open the Start menu, click on “All Programs”, click on “Accessories”, and click on “Paint”.
Paste the screenshot (Ctrl+V), save it and then attach it to your reply here (there is “Add Image” button in the lower right corner).

attached is the print screen image you requested

Please open the windows Control Panel - Default programs and make sure eM Client has all its defaults. Then let me know the result.

eM Client is listed as the default with these file types:
.eml, .isc, and .vcf

Try to temporarily set a different mail application as default and then switch it back to eM Client.
