Email Won't Send

When I create a new message and add recipients and hit send my message shows in the sent folder with no issues but never sends. I can forward that email to the very same recipients and it sends just fine. Forward and Reply seem to work fine on the multiple tests I have tried.

could you send us logs please? Go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging and check “SMTP”. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window.

Thank you for your reply. I just found it sorry for the delay. I just sent one and it didn’t work again. Now I can go into my sent folder and see it and forward it to the exact same recipients the exact same way and it will send.
