Not completely sure what you’re suggesting. Can you make a screenshot of the issue and submit it to us here on the forum? What version of eM client are you currently using on your computer, can you please specify the application’s behaviour or the used case you’re trying to work with?

my point here is that now when you click an e-mail address on the site, and theprogram opened me up to write an email, I want to just pop up window for writing email.
Hello, not really sure what you’re suggesting, it is not possible to send a message through eM Client without opening the application’s window. When clicking a link online, you’re working with a standard mailto: links that are supposed to open the default email application and open a new message window.

Right, now I understand what you mean, for that Thunderbird will however run in the background, you can achieve the same by using the “Minimize” or “Close” application to tray option that you can enable in Tools > Settings > General.
Otherwise this is not possible while using eM Client.
