i tried testing the application by sending an email from another account to the account linked to em client, but the email took some time b4 arriving at em client and pop up notification.
is that any way to immediately arrive the email in em client?
im using hotmail btw

can you tell me what do you mean by long time? If you are using imap it should be immediate to few minutes.
you can always try to click on “Send and Receive” and it forces synchronization.
