Email server blocks my IP

Hi there, my email server keeps blocking my IP even though my account is set up correctly (I think). When I ask my email provider to unblock my IP, em works for a while and I can send and receive email (so it looks like the credentials are right!), then the server blocks my IP again.

I’ve read this might happen after repeated attempts to log on with the wrong credentials but I am working from home with my home network and no one else uses this computer or this email account.
