Email sent to Junk folder instead of Inbox that not spam & from contact list contacts?

Lately many of the emails that I get from people who are in my contact list and a few that are not and not spam are going to my junk folder instead of my inbox in EM Client. How do I make sure that only stuff in my blacklist or new stuff that I blacklist manually go to my junk folder. I do not want to loose important email(s).

depending on your email server if they have a spam / junk filter that determines what is junk and what is not.  you can call them and they will deliver your mail but it will go to the junk folder.  you can right click on the email and tell it that it is not junk mail or spam mail and the software /  program should remember the settings
