Email preview window stuck when trying to go through messages, only the title is changing

Email preview stuck on one message when going through messages,  only the title of the email is changing to match the message i’m pointing at.
And… program crashes constantly

Hi Dave,
The version is 7.0.25432.0,
I noticed that the preview freeze (title changing, content of the firs message stays) happens mostly after being on a message sourced from my Exchange account, rather than my gmail. there is also an outlook.com account configured, but hardly used. In most cases if i minimize the app or just let it be in the background, it will restore functionality after a few minutes.
