Email only in Search available

New Email arrives. I read the mail and close it. The email istn´t available in the inbox and in any other folder under the inbox. If I search for the email (by sender) I find the mail and it says location: Inbox. But it isn´t available in the inbox and even in any other folder like “all inboxes” etc.

Sounds like it in a different “Category Inbox” . Have a read of this documentation.

Thanks. Was my first thought but no Categories enabled.
The issue was solved by the provider. Still don´t know the cause but “we chenged some setting…”
