I have the program running on some machine with a free version and I noticed that the program after some time of use older messages that were sent and received do not open the attachment over what happens?

could you please disclose more information?
What accounts does this happen on? What version are you running? How old are the emails? Could you set up a test email that you could let this happen on and then send the .eml file to me ([email protected])?

mail to more than two weeks that were sent or received their file attachments do not open more if you try to save it always saves with 0 kbytes . My version is 6.0.23421.0 ; and the test just send email with attached file that one of our employees sent to a client and now e-mail does not allow more open the pdf attached.
