email not registered and no support

I purchased lifetime pro support in May (and my program shows that). Now I cannot find my license, and EM Client says I have no email address registered. On top of that, support refuses to provide Any assistance because they cannot find my license either. This is extremely frustrating. I am not looking forward to paying for another full license, particularly because EM Client inc cannot explain why I currently have a license they will not support.

B y the way, I sent I screen shot of the license dialog from the program and apparently I was simply ignored…

update, I did get a response from EM Client support. Now if I can recover my license…

Hi Olivia, all my problems are resolved and I am completely satisfied with EM Client and the support I received.
