I’ve been using EM Client to handle my gmail inbox for a few months with no problems. Just today, though, I found that all my email folders (which are tags within gmail) are empty other than messages sent in just the last week or so. I checked on gmail webmail and the messages are still there on the Google servers… just not displaying in EM Client. Not sure why this has happened as this was all working fine until today. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks in advance!
The first method is to right-click on the All Mail folder in eM Client and choose Properties > Repair. That will rebuild the database.
If that does not work, you can remove the Gmail account from eM Client, then add it again.
