Email is tagged spam or goes to junk folder

a lot of my mail is being tagged as spam or it is being placed in the junk folder. How can I change the settings on these emails so they will go to my inbox?

Have you checked for that e-mail addy in the list of Junk Mail box? If it is there you need to remove it by delete or move all copies to the InBox so yo may read them and then either store them as you wish or DELETE them, but; do not move them back to the Junk Mail box.
