Email Integration

I am having a problem getting my emails from my email provider. The error is incorrect configurations but those are correct( copied from site). but error keeps coming.

can you please specify what emails service provider and what protocols do you use?

Please write me version of your eM Client too, and if you are able to send and receive, but it only puts these error messages for you.

i use zoho pop.zoho.com 465
smtp.zoho.com 995

and your security policy settings?

try for POP3 these settings:

port: 995
Security policy: Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)

Then I will need your POP3 and SMTP logs, go to tools - settings - advanced, check POP3 and SMTP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.

Simulate steps that leads to your issue and after that send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s URL in subject.

then you can turn logging off.
