Email in sent items needs to download


A user is trying to append a further message to a message in her sent items. The email in sent items has a banner at the top that says: The message will be downloaded the next time you go online.

The user is online, and able to send and receive messages. The email has two pdf attachments, these can’t be opened from the sent items.

If the user tries to do a reply all she can draft a message but sending it produces an error saying: Message was not completely downloaded and thus no operations can be performed on it.

The PC has been restarted since this was first noticed.

Is there a way to force em client to re-download the sent items? I guess the message is corrupt in the local cache?
