My new update did not finish, therefore I don’t have any of my saved folders/emails from June 1st and on. I run a business and I’m trying desperately to get them back. I did th e Menu>File>Import>Import from eM Client 6 option and it does not get the files back that I need. There has to be a way to get them since I did get them from day #1 up to June 1st. Can anyone help me? I need these business files back. Is there anyone I can email or call? I’m so desperate!
If using a windows based computer try using the system restore program. Go back before the attempted update.
Yes, Windows 10. I’ll google on how to do that. I’m still learning 10.
I tried, it just went back to older version (which I prefer) but the files are not there
