Email folders

I installed the free version and my email sub-folders don’t show up. Is this a limitation of the free version?

No, this is not limitation of free license. Can you tell me what email protocol do you use and with what provider?

It appears that the solution was to exit and restart emclient. My folders are showing with no issue now. :slight_smile:

well this solution is something that would not come to my mind -_- I often forgot that many users do not try this at first.
