My email is disappearing. Why? I’ve been using eM Client since August with no problems, but now I find that I only have current email from 3/5 to today. Is there a solution?
Hi Betty, not completely sure what you’re referring to, what mail service are you using with eM Client, can you please check if the messages are still available on your mail server if you login to the webmail?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? Are you using an IMAP or a POP account with eM Client?
Are you seeing any errors thrown by the application? If so, can you please make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum?
