Email Deleted from my Iphone are not deleted from eM Client

Starting approximately April 29, emails deleted from the Gmail Inbox from my Iphone still show up in eM Client Inbox as unread.

Can you open the Gmail webmail interface.

Are the deleted messages still there in the Inbox? If they are, eM Client will display them because they are on the server.

If they aren’t in webmail, eM Client may have a sync issue with the server. In eM Client right-click on the All Mail folder and choose Properties > Repair > Repair. When that is done does eM Client match the Gmail webmail?
