Email compose problem


When I click to compose a new email, two windows open. Is there a way to fix this?  It’s definitely a bug.  It only happens when I compose a new email and not when I reply to one.

this issue has been mentioned by other people also, but already some time ago. I assume it should be fixed by now.

Which version of eM Client are you using?

Can you try to upgrade to version 6.0.21289.0?

Thank you.  I’m using an older version.  I checked my version for updates and EM said I currently have the latest version. Strange.  The new version is working fine.  What else is new in the new version?

There have been a lot of improvements made.

Many times if you let eM Client check for an update, it will say that there is no update available, while actually, multiple smaller new versions might have been released already.

Sadly, you can only know about these new versions by reading this forum. It took me some time to find the link to the latest version in this forum for you, but as you can see, I managed to find it. :slight_smile:
