email coming in double

We are getting closer :

  • Reinstalled… still no difference.

  • I just realised that if I look into the Inbox of my email acount, I only see messages once.

  • But if I look at Unified folders, that’s where I see double emails.

Reinstalling does not change your database, unless you choose to delete it. So no need to reinstall, just remove the account then restart eM Client. Before adding the account again, look in Smart Folder Inbox and see if you have the messages there. If you do, then that means the account is setup twice in eM Client, or you have a Rule that is copying messages to Local Folders. Think those were mentioned in the link you provided.
