When i boot up my email client dose not start up.
I have to click on the icon for email client to start up.

Did you remember to click ‘Apply & OK’?
Personally I do not use this and would advise against it unless you have a very high spec computer,
(with a fast processor & loads of RAM), there is always the possibility of a conflict with other startup apps.
