After no problems for several years, yesterday eM Client has stopped sending emails.
I tried sending a test email to myself but this does not work either !
The following popup message occurs…
[SMTP] Cannot send message (Sending email “test to denshi” failed with error: Email body not accepted due to the following reason:
"Transaction failed
Reject due to policy restrictions.

If you are getting sending errors via ionos smtp servers and saying “rejected due to policy restrictions” message, you will need to contact ionos technical support directly" as to why they are blocking or restricting you sending mail.
That can be due to many reasons like eg: specific content in your outgoing mail, or the amount of mail you send per hour, or your IP address has been possible used for sending of spam etc.
In the meantime you will have to send mail via your online webmail page.
