eM does not load after install

Just installed eM, it does not load, throws “Checking for computed database main.dat”

Answered as ticket 1751 at support ticket system.

I had this error too. I resolved it by doing this:
Open ‘My Computer’ and in the ‘Address’ entry box, type
then hit ‘enter’ on your keyboard.
Delete the folder named ‘em client’ and then try starting em.
Hope that helps.

Thank you. Somehow I have fixed the problem but after realizing that I can not have more than one account with the same domain name I gave up and went back to MS Outlook.
