eM constantly crashing

Does anyone out there knows why eM is constantly crashing? Seems like it happens when I use Acrobat X. I am really not sure if that’s it because of constant crashes. I tried eM because my Office 2010 keeps crashing also. If I had any I would pull my hair out!!!
