eM client won't open. Msg box: Consistency check failed: attempt to write a readonly database. Please HELP.

Hi Kathy, thank you for reporting this, do you think you could make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and submit it here on the forum? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact version number in Help  >  About if you’re able to initialize the application?
