eM Client won't empty/delete some folder in "trash"

I have been moving some IMAP folders to store emails and I have deleted some folders that I no longer need. I empty the trash and they appear to be deleted however they reappear when I send/receive. Database check text is:

Hello, could you please send me your sqlite.log? It should be saved here: C:\Users%Current User%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\Logs (Vista/Win7) or
C:\Documents and Settings%Current User%\Application Data\eM Client\Logs(XP)
